Slice Baguettes on the bias into 1/4 - ½ thick pieces and lightly toast.
Toppings:
Wild Mushroom
Select one or more varieties.
Wipe with a damp cloth and coarsely chop.
Sauté 1 Tsp. Garlic in olive oil and add mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Onion and Bell Pepper
Chop coarsely yellow onion and red and yellow bell peppers.
Sauté in 2 tbs. butter until onion is golden and peppers are soft.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Assembly
Put crescenza on crostini.
Add a small amount of toppings to each crostini and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
