Yeild: 24-30 crostini
Ingredients:
- 1 - 7.5oz Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc
- 1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
- Pumpkin Butter - Apple Butter can be subsituted
- Bacon, 1 package, cooked and sliced thin
- Fried Sage Leaf*
Assembly:
Spread the butter onto the crostini, then the fromage blanc. Sprinkle with bacon and top with a fried sage leaf. This make a beautiful appetizer for the holiday and has the perfect balance of sweet, smokey, creamy and salty.

Fried Sage - Heat a pan hot with olive oil. Add sage leaf and once it stops popping, remove and let cool.
