This icing is great for cookies, cakes, scones and especially cinnamon buns.
Makes 1 Quart.
7.5oz Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc
1/4 cup Sweet Butter, soft
5 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Combine all icing ingredients in your mixer with a paddle attachment. Stir until smooth and well blended. Adjust for spreading consistency if necessary, you may need to add milk or more confectioners' sugar. Spread or drizzle icing on warm cake, cinnamon buns, cookies or scones.
