Herbed Fromage Blanc with Smoked Salmon on Rye Toast

Mix chopped dill with Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc. In a bowl, mix together diced cucumbers, capers and diced red onion.

Assembly:
Spoon, or pipe with a piping bag, Fromage Blanc on top rye toast. Sprinkle cucumber mixture on top of fromage and then layer smoked salmon on top. Serve!
